Kevin Leahy is the executive director of Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR) and Clatsop Community College Small Business Development Center (CCC SBDC). Both are headquartered at the Clatsop Community College South County Campus in Seaside, Oregon. Kevin has served as the Executive Director of CEDR and the CCC SBDC since 2011.
In 2015, the CCC SBDC was awarded the Small Business Administration (SBA) District 10 award for "Excellence and Innovation" for the four state region of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
Kevin was the owner of a retail store and partner in a national franchise organization in Southern California before his current position. Previously, he served for many years as a Vice-President/Divisional Merchandise Manager with May Department Stores/Macy's in Portland and Los Angeles.
Kevin graduated from Astoria High School, attended Clatsop Community College and graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with concentration in management. He is a fourth generation resident of Astoria. His family has lived continuously in Clatsop County since 1879.
Kevin and his wife Karen have three adult children, Meaghan, Sean (fiance' Cambry), and Kelley,
David Reid is the lead business advisor for the Small Business Development Center.
A graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in business marketing, David has 30+ years sales management, sales, and marketing experience, in large and small companies and in self-employment.
David brings leadership experience in business and civic organizations. Since 2000 David has been a licensed insurance agent representing Aflac and he and his wife Lisa own and operate Lucy’s Books in downtown Astoria.
Tammy Lambert is the Office Manager and Program Assistant for Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR) as well as Clatsop Community College’s South County Small Business Development Center in Seaside, Oregon.
Originally hired in 2001, Tammy has worked as a full-time employee within Student Services for Clatsop Community College, and for the departments of Admissions, Registration, Cashiering, and Financial Aid. She is a Clatsop Community College graduate and as an employee has been awarded the ASG President’s Cup, Synergy Award, ASG Outstanding Club Award for her advisory role in the CCC Bible Club, AND Every Day Excellence Award.
Tammy was the owner of a very successful preschool and after school program for 13-years before taking her current position. She has three adult children and several grandchildren, all living in Oregon and California.
Hermenegildo Ochoa currently owns and runs his own retail business serving Clatsop and Pacific (WA) Counties. Previously he spent 8 years as the owner of an insurance agency and another four in banking and finance. He has an extensive background in business including teaching financial administration and human resources at Tecnologico de Tijuana and Centro de Estudios Cristobal Colon.
Hermes actualmente es dueño de su propio negocio de venta de diversos productos y sirve a los condados de Clatsop y Pacific (WA). Previamente el tuvo durante 8 años una agencia seguros y otros 20 años en Bancos. Tiene una extensa experiencia en Banca Y Finanzas. Adicionalmente enseño administracios financieera y administracion de recursos hmanos en la Univeridad Technologico de Tijuana Y Centro Estudios Cristobal Colon en Mexico.
