PRESENTER: Arnie Hendricks, is a contract CFO who has served over 300 companies through his company, Financial Management Resources.  His goal is to help business owners solve issues which prohibit their profitable growth and prevent owners from increasing the value of their businesses.  He is a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Certified Family Business Advisor.

  • Do you “keep score” on how well your business is performing?
  • Do have a plan to improve the profitability of your business?
  • Do you know the value of your business?
  • Do know the best time and process to transition the ownership of your         business?
  • Do you know your purpose after you exit your business?

Setting your business up for success is complex.  The number of decisions a business owner must make are overwhelming and a key to not only being financially successful, but enjoying the process, includes three   critical areas we will address in this seminar:

Financial Management – understanding your financial statements, establishing budgets and having regular business reviews.

Business Planning – creating a plan for enhancing the value of your business.  We will introduce you to creating a solid business plan on one page.

Succession Planning – your retirement and the legacy of your business will likely depend on obtaining the value for your company in a way that maximizes the value, but also sets the company up for future success.
